About
At Social Skills 101, we strive to be the premier go-to authority source for all human social dynamics interactions to master your social skills in all areas of your life, whether that is…
- in your social life wanting to be the coolest and most popular person in your entourage and just own it every time you go out
- in your dating life wanting to attract the opposite sex and settle down with your soulmate
- in your school or college wanting to make close friends who would back you up no matter what
- in your professional life having more contacts and striving in the workplace to accelerate your career and make more money
- in your community being naturally looked upon as a respected leader and powerful influencer
- you have social disability, like Asperger’s syndrome, and wanting people to STOP seeing you as socially awkward but instead a socially savvy charismatic person
…and anything and everything else, you will find it all here!
The problem is you don’t learn these things in school and weren’t born with them either. You are supposed to just go through life and expected to automatically pick them up.
That is pretty much a big loop-hole assumption, would you not say?
We all have been through life at one point or another when we were in a particular social situation and found ourselves…let’s just say, not quite the brightest person in the room and didn’t know what to do, or might even embarrassed ourselves. But that is not your fault!
Heck, if you were to take a caveman from his prehistoric time and place him in our modern society, he wouldn’t have the slightest idea on how to maneuver gracefully in our culture.
All social efficiencies come from experiences, and for those who are the socially savvy ones in the room, they have been doing for a long time.
Therefore, we like to view social dynamics skills as a learnable skill that you can master, just like riding a bike. Yeah that does sound kind of cliché, but wouldn’t it be better to live through life to the fullest as you want experiencing all the joy and fulfillment from being around other people than just settling to your dark hollow corner all day missing out, all because you don’t know have to socialize in your environment?
You probably already know the answer to that, or why else would you have taken actions and be here for social mastery?
Check out our huge database of some of the best articles as well as videos, crème de la crème shall we say, dealing with all sorts of social human behavior interactions. We will continue to grow and aim to be the largest social skills resource anywhere because social skills is a skill that is extremely in demand and necessary, especially in this modern, global day and age and will continue to be of utmost important.
If you have any question, commend, or ever need to contact us, please never hesitate as we always like to hear from you.
