Is a man who is attracted to 15 or 16 year old girls considered a pedophile or just a “dirty old man”?

Question by NY: Is a man who is attracted to 15 or 16 year old girls considered a pedophile or just a “dirty old man”?
I’m not sure because they’re not women yet and have childlike characteristics, but they are going through pubrity (unlike a 6 year old).

So does this make the middle aged men attracted to them pedophiles or just “dirty old men”?

I’m not sick, I was just wondering this, because when I was in middle school I noticed some dirty middle aged men and a teacher who looked at me in the wrong way.
I’m not sure how some of you “found out” that I was the sick man in question. That’s not me, nor why I am asking this question.
Goth, you’ve committed the fallacy of hasty generalization. Because I have not managed to decide whether a man who is attracted to teenagers is a pedophile or a dirty old man does not make me unobservant. Even if it did, does that mean I am unobservant in most other parts of my life or most of the time?

Secondly, you’ve attached your personal values to teens. No moral nor other form of justification is provided other than personal feelings or personal value judgments. Since when do we treat a 19 year old as a child (let’s say a 6 year old)? They have the right to vote, have mental capacity, the ability to reason, independence, the right to make medical decisions for themselves. 19 year olds are young adults, not just children.
Jennifer, thanks for answering but most 13 year olds have a pretty good idea of what sex is. I don’t think that’s a sufficient condition for deciding.
bubbleheadyeoman, thanks for answering! Your answer was insightful. I don’t think 15 year olds have the same capacity, independence as a 19 year old woman. They haven’t really broken off from their parents or gained independence nor have the same level of maturity.
D, is the physical development the determinant factor for deciding if the person is an adult or child? Let’s say we have a 13 year old who is really developed and has the curves and height of a 20 year old. I think she would still be a minor.

Do you guys know what the name of it is? I allready checked every song from the soundtrack and it wasn’t there.

Question by : In your experience, do Indian men struggle with attracting women?
Indian as in the India kind. I am an Indian guy born in India but raised in America. Thing is I have dated White and mixed girls but a lot of my friends tell me that is odd because Indian men “struggle” when it comes to dating interracial. They say only Indian women go for them and most women hate the idea of dating one.

In your personal experience, do Indian men really struggle when it comes to attracting women or is it just that they don’t date out due to culture and stuff?

this has nothing to do with race!! if you can’t seem to attract women from other races then you’re probably ugly with high expectations for yourself and a superficial personality!!
i’ve been attracted to guys from the race i don’t find particularly attractive before ( which is white). there are always exceptions.
